A travel creator pitch hack you’re not using (yet)

Let me pull back the curtain for a sec and share something that seriously leveled up my brand pitches.
I wanted to pitch a few more travel brands this month, but instead of sending a typical “Hey, here’s my media kit!” email, I wanted to really show that I get results.
So here’s exactly what I did — and how you can totally copy it:
Step 1: Pulled Data from Stay22
I logged into my Stay22 dashboard and exported all my affiliate analytics. I had data from several blog posts using their hotel/map embed — clicks, bookings, revenue, the whole deal.
If you only have a few posts converting with Stay22, just pick the one with the highest conversions or bookings. That’s the one you want to spotlight.
(Pro tip: If you're not sure which post is best, give ChatGPT all your Stay22 data and let it decide — that’s what I did!)
🤖 Step 2: Asked ChatGPT to Create a Case Study
Once I had my stats, I asked ChatGPT to turn them into a compelling case study — the kind you’d proudly send to a tourism board or hotel brand.
Here are two prompt options depending on how much data you have:
🔹 If you're using just one blog post:
“Can you create a short, compelling case study showing how I drove [X bookings] and [X revenue] through Stay22 using a blog post about [insert topic]? Make it sound professional but exciting, and geared toward a potential travel brand partner.”
🔹 If you want ChatGPT to choose the best blog post for you:
“Here’s my Stay22 performance data across multiple blog posts. Can you identify the highest-converting post and create a short, compelling case study about it, geared toward potential travel brand partners? Make it sound professional but exciting.”
And boom — in seconds, I had a polished case study that made me look like a total pro. 🙌
📊 Step 3: Turned It Into a Presentation with Gamma
I took the case study and plugged it into Gamma, which turned it into a stunning interactive slide deck in minutes. No design skills required.
This was a total game-changer — I linked the deck in my pitch email and got actual replies from brands commenting on it. 🔥

Here’s your assignment if you wanna try this too:
Log into Stay22 and grab your analytics (just your highest-converting blog post or export all your data).
Drop it into ChatGPT with the appropriate prompt above.
Create a Gamma deck and customize it as needed - add your brand colors.
Send it with your next pitch. Watch how it instantly makes you look like a brand partner, not just a creator.
Seriously — this is one of the easiest, highest-impact things I’ve done for my pitching strategy. You’ve already done the hard work by creating the content. This is just packaging it smartly.
