Since all the Google algorithm update craziness, I’ve been looking into traffic alternatives for my blog. Although I’ve decided on a few options, Pinterest is my main focus (besides SEO).
I used to do quite well on Pinterest but struggled to keep up with the constant cycle of creating fresh pins.
I’ve been using it consistently for 2 months now (the lowest tier) pinning 5 fresh pins a day and the results have been great. Nothing earth-shattering in terms of traffic to my blog (yet - I know it’s a long game) but a definite improvement in all my stats from impressions to engagement to outbound clicks.
Plus, Pin Generator makes it so easy to batch-create my pins and schedule them for the month. I can’t wait to see how this converts into blog traffic later this year!
